Facilities Management Lead

We are looking for someone to integrate into the life of the club and to take pride in maintaining its facilities to a high standard.

The Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for the maintenance, repair and advising on the safe operation of the club’s buildings, boat parks, slipways & jetties. This includes assisting with the preparation of facilities for Club sailing and social activities; co-ordinating the work of repair and maintenance contractors and undertaking repairs and improvements.

The role is full time (40 hours a week) with flexibility required and available by arrangement. Part time/job share may be considered. By arrangement the Maintenance Lead is to be available to work some weekends, particularly during the summer, with time off in lieu generally on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Assistant Administrator

We are seeking an organised and friendly Assistant Administrator to assist with member enquiries and support the day-to-day operations of our vibrant sailing club, working closely with dedicated volunteers. The following skills will be required: interpersonal and team working, IT and database management. The individual must be flexible in their approach. An interest in sailing would be an advantage. The position is part-time with hours to be negotiated in the region of 30 hours per week working Mon-Fri with up to 6 weekend days.
