Updated Catering Announcement – Welcoming Lorna Amor
Warsash Sailing Club is delighted to welcome Lorna Amor as our new Catering Manager and Chef, joining us in mid‑November. Lorna will be undertaking a soft start as she settles into the Club, familiarises herself with our members, and begins shaping the next chapter of Catering at WSC.
As part of her early plans, Lorna is already looking at Christmas menus and festive dining options—perfect for member gatherings, social groups, and seasonal celebrations. If you’re thinking of hosting a Christmas party, now is the ideal time to book.
Members and guests can continue to enjoy a welcoming dining experience from Wednesday through Sunday at lunchtime, along with relaxed evening dining on Wednesdays and Fridays. As Lorna transitions into the role, she will be developing fresh, seasonal menus that reflect her style, experience, and passion for great food.
Beyond day‑to‑day service, Lorna will also be supporting the heart of club life: catering for sailing events, social gatherings, and private member functions. Her leadership will ensure our in‑house catering remains smooth, reliable, and tailored to the needs of a busy sailing club year.
We look forward to introducing Lorna to you all and to the exciting new dishes and ideas she will bring to the Catering at WSC.
