Surfers Against Sewage offer a Live Sewage Map and a phone app Safer Seas & Rivers Service (SSRS) which delivers real time alerts for bathing areas. The nearest areas to Warsash are Hill Head, Lee on the Solent and Calshot. The app seems to report discharges before Southern Water

Southern Water Rivers and Seas Watch is a near real-time service that informs about storm overflow releases and their impact on bathing water. This includes free subscription to email alerts.

The Rivers Trust produce a Sewage Map with various ways to explore and understand the data including previous years.
