N.B. Your stand will be placed as close to an electric socket as possible. Stallholders are responsible for supplying their own extension cables and must follow all Health & Safety guidance regarding their use.

Warsash Sailing Club Refund Policy

The Club will not provide refunds for events that are cancelled, or a participant fails to attend or take up the service except in the following circumstances:
i) The participant notifies the Club at least 14 days before an event/service starts in writing.
ii) Where spaces are limited at a particular event and less than 14 days’ notice is given but the Club is able to resell the space at the same price.
iii) The Club decides to cancel the event other than as a result of weather or other matters outside its control.
In cases i and/or ii described above, any refund will be subject to an administration charge at 20% of the fee paid.

I acknowledge that Warsash Sailing Club operates its own refund policy for this event, as outlined above.

I acknowledge that if I am selling alcoholic products, WSC will require sight of my licence.
