Billy is now firmly at the helm of catering at Warsash Sailing Club, bringing energy, creativity, and a real passion for great food to the Top Deck restaurant.

Members and guests can enjoy a welcoming dining experience from Wednesday through to Sunday at lunchtime, along with relaxed evening dining on Wednesdays and Fridays (see sample menus below). Whether you’re dropping in after a sail, meeting friends for lunch, or enjoying a quieter midweek supper, Billy’s menus offer something for everyone—freshly prepared, seasonal, and full of flavour.

Beyond day-to-day dining, Billy also supports the heart of club life, catering for sailing events, social gatherings, and private member functions. From informal bites to more bespoke occasions, his in-house service ensures everything runs smoothly, with quality and attention to detail at the forefront.
