Has the budget form been completed and emailed to Treasurer, RCS & Accounts?

Please prepare a budget for approval by the Treasurer and Rear Commodore Sailing. Please visit the members portal for all the Open Events Templates:

Please do not advertise the event or entry fee without an approved budget. 

What resources do you need for this Event?

Committee Boat Required?
Marmalade (Big Jaffa)?
Is the Strawberry Field needed for boat and car storage? (Usually only applicable for 2 day events depending on number of boats)
Which shore based rooms do you require during this event?

Please email the Admin team at admin@warsashsc.org.uk with exact days/times that you require the room(s)

Do you require Trophies for this event?

Remember to contact RCS & Sailsec with Trophy requirements, including engraving for approval 2 months prior to the event

Do you require Buoys/Tallyboard/Flip Chart etc, for this event?

Remember to contact the Bosuns with Buoys/Tallyboard/ Flip Chart requirements, 1 week prior to the event
